What this site stores

Cookies are small values a website asks a browser to store. This site also uses local storage, a browser feature that can remember a choice without sending that value with every page request.

Advertising storage, ad-user-data, ad-personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals remain disabled. The site does not load Google Tag Manager. Manager sign-in and administrative forms can use security cookies necessary for authentication and request protection. Secure HttpOnly cookie values cannot be read or displayed by a web page.

Analytics and external services

Unless you opt out, Google Analytics may receive page URLs and titles, referrer information, browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, interaction events, and identifiers used to measure visits. TakeMyHand configures property G-56L3ZVQE6R without Google Signals or advertising personalization. Google handles information under its own privacy terms. Data already received by Google is subject to the property’s retention settings and applicable request rights.

YouTube and Vimeo connect unless you opt out of optional external content. La CLAve connects to Take My Hand’s assets subdomain when you open its page. A connection can send the destination your IP address, browser and device information, the site origin, and interaction data needed to deliver the content. YouTube and Vimeo practices and retention are controlled by their policies.

LiveChat connects from normal public pages even when you turn off the listed optional choices. The chat provider may receive connection details needed to provide the widget and any information you choose to send in a chat. Its cookies and other storage support visitor recognition and secure chat sessions. LiveChat’s legal and privacy information describes the provider’s practices.

Following an ordinary link to another website leaves TakeMyHand and is governed by that destination’s privacy practices.

California privacy rights

California law may provide rights depending on your relationship with the organization and whether the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to the information and organization involved. These rights can include the right to:

• know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared;
• request deletion or correction, subject to legal exceptions;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information; and
• receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.

TakeMyHand does not configure this public site to sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Everyone can turn off the listed optional choices. When a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, site analytics and optional video content remain off; LiveChat remains available.
